How do COD and settlement work?
COD becomes collected when the customer pays at delivery. It then moves through its own settlement status; a delivered shipment is not automatically a settled payout.
How can the customer track a shipment?
Every shipment has a tracking number. The customer can use it on the public Track page without signing in.
How do I join as a courier?
Choose the courier role on registration, complete your service cities and documents, then wait for approval. After approval, you discover and accept suitable opportunities yourself.
