NAWEL connects sellers with approved couriers in their city and moves parcels between cities through a hub network, with clear pricing, recorded custody, and collection kept separate from settlement.
Our story
We started with two questions: where is my parcel, and where is my money?
Online sellers need delivery they can rely on between cities, and a clear view of every parcel and every amount collected at the door.
So we built NAWEL as an open marketplace: the seller creates the shipment and sets when it is ready, approved couriers in the pickup city discover and accept it themselves, and transport between cities runs through our hubs and central transport operator.
